To better understand how and what it takes for leaders to tap into the potential of social media in their organizations, IEDP is supporting The Center for the Future of Organization (CFFO), a new think tank at the Drucker School of Management, in launching a global research study.
This study will investigate and map the organizational and leadership capabilities it takes to leverage social media for competitive advantage, especially in large and complex organizations. You can find more information about the project here.
