About Martina Mangelsdorf

Martina Mangelsdorf is the Founder and CEO of Gaia Insights GmbH. She is facilitator, trainer, speaker, presenter and author specialized in leadership development and talent management for the next generation of leaders. She founded GAIA Insights in 2012. GAIA Insights offers uniquely customized leadership development interventions for corporate Generation Y talent. Events are designed and engineered using a gamified approach, catering to the specific traits of this new generation in today’s workforce. A Swiss national, prior to founding GAIA, Martina held senior positions at Novartis Pharma AG where she was Head Talent Management & Staffing for Region Latin America.
