Matthew Gitsham
Matt is Director of the Ashridge Centre for Business and Sustainability. He teaches on a range of Ashridge programmes, including the MBA, and works with colleagues across the Ashridge faculty to promote research on leadership, organisational change, leadership development and sustainability. Matt has recently led research exploring CEO perspectives on the implications of sustainability for leadership and leadership development, working with the CEOs of a number of blue-chip organisations. He also works closely with the United Nations Global Compact, the International Business Leaders Forum and Business in the Community.
