This highly-specialised seminar will help you to understand the demands, constraints and opportunities of the NED role. It helps you consider how to approach the three main stages: seeking and accepting NED roles, being an effective NED, and being an effective chair. 

Delivered by leading Cranfield and external speakers for the past 13 years, it will enable you to become more effective as an NED. By the end of the programme you will have enhanced your understanding, and acquired the necessary knowledge to increase your personal contribution to the board. 

The course is relevant for existing and aspiring non-executives, in listed and unlisted companies, charitable and social enterprises and the public sector.
