A management training program aimed at individuals with managerial responsibility in NGOs in Spain. High participant demand has reaffirmed the need to offer a course that tackles the new challenges facing managers in this sector. Leadership, outcome measurement, government bodies, collaboration with companies, innovation and political pressures are issues that interest many professionals in this sector. Improvement in the management of nonprofit organizations is not only related to the management of human resources, communication, fundraising, strategic planning, etc. Experience has shown that several aspects are lacking, which are essential in order to reinforce the potential of this type of organization. These aspects are related to the transformations that are taking place in society, which have a decisive impact on the way organizations in the third sector operate, as well as on their means of interrelating with other social entities. The two institutions that run this program are convinced that NGOs possess these qualities. Therefore, we are trying to help them strengthen their respective organizations.
