Programme Description

A unique, intensive introduction to the U.S. legal and regulatory landscape in a law-school-type atmosphere.

a very time-effective, quality introduction to U.S. law, legal thinking, and trends
the opportunity to experience U.S.-style legal learning as done in a U.S. law school and to gain literacy in the language of U.S. courts, regulators and lawyers.

Target Audience

Lawyers, in-house counsel, compliance officers, and company secretaries who – not having done an LLM in the U.S. – would like a time and cost effective way to become better familiar with the foundations and key elements of U.S. law.
Executives, regulators, government officials and other professionals who have a need to better understand the U.S. legal system and deal with their counterparts in the U.S., including U.S. lawyers and officials.
