The Tuck Executive Program (TEP), Tuck’s flagship offering, is an intensive advanced management program which immerses senior managers in a broad strategic general management experience with an emphasis on personal leadership transformation. TEP is the only elite program that lasts three weeks, as noted in a Wall Street Journal survey of advanced management programs at top business schools.

Leadership & Strategic Impact (LSI) is a five day program that improves your managers’ strategic capability, while at the same time broadening individual leadership skills. LSI is all about the intersection of how to think, communicate and lead strategically to further organizational objectives.

Strategic Financial Leadership Program (SFLP): In five days, SFLP provides the tools to link strategy, leadership, and financial decision-making to long-term value creation. SFLP is designed specifically for senior financial executives and their high potential financial staff who are increasingly involved in developing, communicating and leading strategy.

Smith-Tuck Global Leaders Program for Women is the premier executive education program for women who are assuming leadership positions with global responsibilities. The program prepares executives to meet the demands of a constantly changing global business environment.

Global Leadership 2030 is a three module program which takes place in three different countries over a nine month period. This unique program addresses the leadership challenges that high-potential executives face as they manage businesses that are global in scope. Tuck’s design team and faculty work closely with leaders at its partner companies. Tuck faculty often co-design and co-teach sessions with senior corporate officers.

 Tuck offers the ability to deeply customize a program to meet the exact needs of the client. This deep understanding of a company’s business leads to many long-term relationships, such as with Deere & Company, which goes back more than 10 years. In fact, 14 of their top 25 executives have been through the Tuck global leadership program, evidence of Tuck’s impact on the organization’s bench strength.
