Petra Kipfelsberger
Petra Kipfelsberger is a senior research fellow at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. She received her Ph.D. in strategy and management from the University in St. Gallen in Switzerland. Her research focuses on leadership and organizational behavior with a special emphasis on the linkages between employees and customers and the experience of meaningfulness at work. Her articles have appeared in international outlets such as Journal of Managerial Psychology and Research on Emotions in Organizations. Her teaching portfolio includes topics such as inspirational leadership, coaching, and human resource management. In 2015, she received a multi-year research grant from the University of St. Gallen for her work on leadership and work meaningfulness
