Ominous economic headwinds on top of ongoing disruption, due to market and supply chain volatility, AI integration, and talent shortages, are making this an era of radical uncertainty—an age when effective leadership is more critical than ever.

In this webinar two leading experts from CCL explain how best to show-up as a leader in this time of ‘polycrisis’—for yourself, for your team, and for your organization. Adapting and resilience are not enough—leaders must transform to truly master complexity, hold paradox, and find clarity in uncertainty.

This session is tailored for mid- to senior-level leaders charged with navigating today’s uncertain times and guiding their teams and organizations through a myriad of high-pressure situations.

In it you will be introduced to Vertical Development—the process of expanding leadership capacity to think in more complex, adaptive, and systemic ways rather than just adding new skills. This bold, practical, process can accelerate your career growth, strengthen your leadership impact, and transform your organization’s culture.

If, like so many leaders, you feel like you’re standing on constantly shifting ground—where every new challenge could redefine everything, for your career and the career of others around you. Where 'adapting' is actually ‘just coping,’ this webinar is for you.

Strong leaders shape the future.  Good leaders adapt to it. In this webinar, we’ll share insights from CCL’s research on leading through disruption and the polycrisis, to help you both shape and adapt—and know when to exercise which.

 Key takeaways:

  • Discover CCL’s latest research on leading through crisis, uncertainty, and transformation.
  • Pinpoint critical leader capabilities you need to succeed in uncertainty —today and throughout your career.
  • Unlock your ‘best self’ to inspire and guide others in uncertain times.
  • Master the team-culture shifts required by your organization to “thrive-through” radical uncertainty and transformation
