Why organizational resilience requires adaptive leadership particularly in times of crisis
Tuesday 30 Sept: Join two Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) experts to discover the critical capabilities needed to lead through crisis, uncertainty, and transformation
Economic headwinds, market and supply chain volatility, AI integration, and talent shortages are converging into an era of radical uncertainty—a time when progressive leadership is more critical than ever.
To thrive in today’s 'polycrisis,' leaders must move far beyond simply adapting or being resilient. Modern leaders expand their capacity to master complexity, hold paradox, and find clarity in uncertainty.
