Following up on their recent Female FTSE Board Report 2018, which highlights the lack of gender diversity at the highest echelons of FTSE 350 companies, Cranfield School of Management invites you to a one-day workshop designed for HR and L&D professionals who are looking to improve the representation of women in their their leadership pipeline.
