About Anabella Dávila

Anabella Dávila (PhD, The Pennsylvania State University) is professor of organization theory and human resource management at EGADE Business School, Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. Her research interests focuses on work culture and human resource management in Latin American organizations, and human development and sustainability in emerging economies. She has co-edited several books on Latin American culture and human resources management. Additionally, she has coauthored several chapter contributions. Her articles have appeared in journals such as Business and Society, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Manpower, Journal of World Business, and Organizational Dynamics.
