Caroline Williams is Director of Open Programs at Saïd Business School, Oxford University. Since taking on the role Caroline has expanded the programme portfolio, significantly increasing overall enrolments, revenues, and overall growth rate. Under her leadership Oxford Saïd’s Open Programmes business is ranked 4th in the world for quality of overall executive education experience, securing the business school the UK number one spot three years in a row in 2017.
Currently working with a consortium of global organisations to develop high quality development experiences for senior leaders both on campus and online, Caroline is Kirkpatrick qualified, which enables her to create a high-impact post programme experience, resulting in higher transparency on return on investment from executive education programmes. Committed to supporting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Caroline is part of a global network of thought leaders creating opportunities for women from all sectors to experience high quality executive education.
Caroline’s career has taken her from developing and managing large scale media campaigns to running the research team for a major Think Tank.
