About Emma Day-Duro

Dr Emma Day-Duro is Senior Qualitative Researcher, at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. Her PhD focused on the role teenagers, with life-limited and life-threatening cancers, play in decision-making around their care, treatment, and end of life. Since joining Hult Ashridge she has been able to lead, advise and collaborate on multiple research projects across a broad range of topics. Emma is developing an area of independent research that unites her expertise and passion with the goals and values of a business school. Alongside work on diversity and inclusion she has pursued research with purpose, focusing on the experiences of bereaved parents returning to work following the loss of a child, and the experiences of clinical leaders in times of crisis and transition.
