Geoffrey Leonardelli

Geoffrey Leonardelli is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, with a cross-appointment to the Department of Psychology. His research discoveries focuses on intergroup relations, self and identity, diversity, and interdependence. His research translations target how people can improve their leadership skills, team dynamics, and negotiator effectiveness. Geoff created Rotman’s course on “Leading Teams” and teaches managerial negotiations. This work has been published in the Journal of World Business, Psychological Science, and Advances in Experimental Social Psychology. Geoff is Director of the Self and Identity Lab (SAIL). He serves as Associate Editor at Group Processes and Intergroup Relations, and sits on the editorial boards of the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and Journal of Theoretical Social Psychology.
