About Roger Delves

Roger Delves is Associate Dean of Faculty and Professor of Practice in Leadership at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. Having taught in London, New York, San Francisco, Shanghai, UAE, Saudi Arabia and much of Europe, he focuses on emotional intelligence, as well as the authenticity, ethics and integrity in leadership and decision making.
