Only those organizations that focus on customers and build a go-to-market strategy will strengthen their competitive position. They will need to train sales area leaders who are capable of establishing the right commercial strategies, whilst mastering the necessary sales tools to put these strategies into practice. This program, which can be taken independently but which has been designed as part of the Business Management Program-PDC to consolidate participants sales careers, will enable participating executives to develop and update their knowledge on applicable concepts, share and discuss current trends, make contacts with executives from other sectors and develop the competences and leadership skills required to transform their sales forces into winning teams.
