Additionally, you will dive deeply into the subject matter with seasoned education sector practitioners in lectures, small group discussions, and breakout sessions.

School leaders face significant pressures and challenges in leading their schools in today’s uncertain world. This new program at the Kellogg School of Management Center for Nonprofit Management will provide a unique learning experience for school leaders to expand their leadership tool kit, enhance their management skills and learn tactics to support their personal development. Kellogg and Northwestern University faculty, along with seasoned practitioners, will share their insights in a combination of lectures, small group sessions and interactive exercises. This unique educational experience provides an opportunity for school leaders to network with each other as well as to learn from leading experts in management.
