The Financial Literacy Program equips senior executives and board directors with the skills to navigate between strategy and operations using financial statements and ratios. Executives and directors who can use and understand numbers add more value to the boardroom and to their organization and are better able to fulfill their leadership mandate.

This program provides a context for the use of financial information and builds a framework for strategic thinking based on solid financial measures. Mastering the language of finance enhances the ability to ask the right questions and engage management in a more efficient way.

Over 500 participants have already graduated from Rotman's Financial Literacy Program. Participant diversity creates a rich and dynamic environment that lends itself to an exceptional learning experience. Participants develop a common language of finance, to have an immediate impact within their organization and in the boardroom.
