Programme Description

The CAS in European and International Business Law provides candidates with strong generalist knowledge and skills in European and international business law. These are an important asset not only for lawyers but for executives in general - therefore the CAS is open for lawyers and non-lawyers. You will continue working and will attend three attendance modules around the globe.

Target Audience

A key feature of the Executive M.B.L.-HSG is the mix of lawyers and non-lawyers, which aims at guaranteeing a program as close to daily practice as possible.

The diversity of our candidates is an asset of the course. They come from different countries and represent a range of ages and professions.

Our candidates also have varied academic backgrounds and work in different sectors. They come from the practicing bar, industry, associations and public administration. Among them are lawyers, managers or engineers.
