Programme Description

The 2-year programme allows participants to remain in full-time employment while undertaking an MBA education. A maximum of 50 places are available on the programme each year. The programme is clear in its objectives, precise in its delivery, and consistently effective in progressing participants' capabilities; from the acquisition of general management knowledge, through exploration and enhancement of participants' leadership competencies, and definition of their areas of expertise, to the ultimate goal of significant impact and advancement in their current workplace. The part-time MBA is delivered in 73 on-campus days divided in monthly modules of 4 days (Wednesday-Saturday). Modules will take place in St.Gallen and Zurich with additional modules in across major European cities and business hubs. The staff are of the highest academic calibre, comprised of University of St.Gallen professors, as well as distinguished professors from other competitive business schools, with professional experience in a variety of organisations. They combine pedagogical excellence, experience in helping senior executives to think in new ways, knowledge of the latest trends, and pragmatism in applying knowledge and methodology to real situations.       

Target Audience

Young professionals with minimum 2 years work experience, but 4 or more years of experience preferred.
