Aston Professional Managers' Award

Our Aston Professional Managers' Award is designed to accelerate participants’ careers, while delivering measurable impact in their organisation from day one.  The programme is specifically tailored to meet the needs of managers or young professionals, aiming to prepare them for future leadership positions with an emphasis on making difficult decisions and dealing with cross-functional issues.

The programme offers an understanding of the concepts and fundamental principles in the key management disciplines necessary for career progression: strategy, operations, finance, people management, project management and marketing. Participants also learn how to apply these principles to improve decision-making within their organisation.
