Advanced Management Program (AMP) Barcelona

The AMP Barcelona seeks participants with the knowledge and experience to contribute value to class discussion and group work.

IESE’s AMP boosts your leadership skills, helps you identify new business trends and gives you the chance to interact with other top executives in a dynamic learning environment.

Structure: The AMP Barcelona consists of four one-week modules held over six months on IESE’s campus in Barcelona. When you are not on the IESE campus, you are preparing for the next residential week and working on your Executive Challenge.

Calendar: Two editions of the program are offered each year: one in the fall and one in the spring. Participants are awarded a certificate upon completion of the program.

Participants

AMP classes comprise between 35 and 40 participants of about 20 different nationalities representing a wide diversity of companies, sectors and cultural backgrounds. Most of participants are top-tier managers and company owners with at least 15 years of managerial experience.
