It builds on Cranfield's stream of research into the processes of value creation and capture and adds a complex systems view of organisational change.This recognises the need to approach change through a portfolio of initiatives, projects and experiments which generate feedback; the feedback is used to decide whether to adapt, escalate or abandon the initiative.
